IoT platform 'Argoculus'

You can immediately start visualizing the operational status of the equipment, environmental conditions, and conducting health checks.

If the "things" present in various locations such as factories, farmland, construction sites, and offices are connected to the internet, it becomes possible to monitor the site conditions in real-time and at low cost from remote locations, bringing new added value. 'Argoculus' is a platform that addresses this need. By simply connecting remote sensors to our product, you can immediately start visualizing the operational status of equipment and the environmental conditions of factories and offices, as well as conducting health checks. 【Features】 ■ Easy connection of various sensors ■ Freely configurable dashboard according to needs ■ Ability to monitor and control site conditions at low cost from remote locations ■ Applicable for big data analysis At Science Solutions, we leverage our extensive development experience in engineering IT systems to provide a comprehensive service from planning and production to operation and data analysis of IoT systems. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case study of CO2 concentration monitoring IoT implementation (Indoor room sealing measures)

For infection control! Visualizing "sealing degree" through CO2 concentration monitoring. Accurately grasping the effectiveness and timing of ventilation. *Case study materials available.

We would like to introduce a case study of implementing "Argoculus" as a measure for indoor airtightness utilizing IoT. To prevent "airtightness," we implemented efficient ventilation measures using our IoT platform "Argoculus." With the policy of "starting ventilation when CO2 levels exceed 700ppm and completing it when they drop below 600ppm," we built a system that sends emails to employees requesting ventilation each time CO2 concentration rises, thereby reducing infection risk. This encourages ventilation approximately every hour, maintaining clean air. **Evaluation of Argoculus** - We were able to start system operations immediately. - It supports wireless sensors, making sensor installation easy. - We could configure dashboard creation and sampling rates via the GUI. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Case Study of IoT Implementation for Heat Treatment Furnace Monitoring (Chunihon Furnace Co., Ltd.)

Implementation possible in a short time! Realizing IoT integration of heat treatment furnaces in factories *Case study materials available.

We utilized our product Argoculus to realize the IoT integration of the heat treatment furnace at the factory of Chubu Nippon Ro Co., Ltd. In this case, due to the client's circumstances, the delivery time for the initial system installation was very short, just 5 business days after the discussion began. However, by using our product, we were able to connect sensors and create a dashboard (visualization) in a short time, and we successfully delivered the system. After that, we conducted operations and expansions, and the system has been running without issues for about three years, being utilized in various initiatives aimed at service-oriented business development. 【Effects of Using Argoculus】 ■ Effects Before System Installation - Short delivery time (up to 5 business days), low cost - Installation on existing equipment & quick installation (up to 1.5 hours) ■ Effects After System Installation - Ease and flexibility of expansion - Data analysis support *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Introduction of the latest version: "IoT Platform Argoculus"

The platform that allows for the introduction of IoT in as little as half a day is becoming even more convenient with improved analysis tool features and a distributed system.

"Argoculus" is an IoT platform that enables remote monitoring and preventive maintenance of devices and equipment in a short period and at a low cost. It allows for monitoring of environmental information through sensors such as temperature, wind speed, water level, and vibration, as well as centralized control of rule-based alarm notifications and actuators. The operational server supports both cloud and on-premises environments. ★ A new version is scheduled for release in September 2021! In response to customer requests, we are improving functionality and quality, including "enhancing the usability of collected data," "improving system scalability," and "supporting distributed systems." 【We respond to the following needs】 ◎ Want to build a system quickly and at low cost ◎ Want to achieve remote maintenance and visualization of devices ◎ Want to integrate with existing systems (PLC) ◎ Want to support over 500 types of sensors with a sampling cycle of less than 1 second ◎ Want to implement AI for anomaly detection and predictive analysis *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
